PIACORP Consultancy & Services, Inc., founded by Mr. Apol Apuntar on May 19, 2022, is a Canadian corporation registered with the Federal Government and with the Provincial Government of Ontario. PIACORP is primarily an International Education Agent connecting learners and learning institutions.

Our Team
Mr. Apol Apuntar
Managing Director
Apol Apuntar is a licensed paralegal practicing in immigration (IRB), employment, and human rights law.
He completed his secondary education at The Sisters of Mary School, a tuition-free school for children from economically disadvantaged families, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Philippine Christian University and a Paralegal Diploma with honours from triOS College. ​

He is also actively involved in migrant and refugee rights advocacy through Migrante Canada, Migrant Resource Centre Canada and the Canadian Council for Refugees.
Rowena Andrade, RCIC-IRB
Director
Rowena is a dynamic and accomplished Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant with much knowledge in immigration law and regulations. Holding a bachelor’s degree in business administration major in Accounting from the University of the East, Manila, Philippines, a master’s degree program in business administration from University Canada West, and a Graduate Diploma in Immigration and Citizenship Law from the Queens University. Rowena has demonstrated an exceptional level of expertise and dedication to the field of education and immigration law.
